people that only play to get you banned 

people abusing compensation for just gain and not to receive equal value (than you get banned)

YOU are the problem (the people that will laugh at the post) 

as someone that put almost 1k hours to this it sucks to see where this community is headed and been heading, it really hurts and sucks to see non of the higher up care about us nor will hear us out primarily Ryan, nor will they address the issues.

Just to address a few points, cause this gets brought up more frequently recently.

If you have an issue with bias, please do submit a staff IA. There have been a few recently that have been submitted, acknowledged, and the staff members have been reprimanded as well as their tickets being watched to ensure proper responses.

Admins allowing people to cheat? If you know of someone cheating, they will get banned. If you know of a staff member who isn't banning someone even though they know they are cheating, I will personally remove them. That shit is not okay.

People that only play to get you banned has always been a thing, and has only been getting worse due to (i think) the "no comp" mentality. I'll just let you know "no comp" means fuck all. If you break a rule intentionally, then regardless of comp, you may still get banned. If you break a rule and its obviously on accident, then there's probably going to be more leniency especially if you try to right your wrong.

Proper compensation is when it is equal to or slightly greater than what the player lost. Say you accidentally RDM a naked when you're fighting someone else. They ask for 1m comp. You're not required to give them 1m. If they are naked in kav not doing anything, they lost 15k if they got revived plus the time they spent on the ground. Normally something like 50-100k is fine for this type of thing. Obviously it's going to change dependant on the situation and such.

 

I do know that the Senior Admins do listen to players about this sort of thing, especially if backed up by evidence. I'm not the one who deals with these kinds of reports, though I do take a look and give opinions when I have some time.

TBL runs with Scythe and Scythe and Type03 (or HotShots in general) have been ban waring. Any time a report doesn't go through or a ban is reduced a similar bitchy post is made... i play with both groups sometimes and its just petty squabbling...

Instead of trying to kill the server by getting some of the few frequent active players banned... how about you war in game and stop letting a video game get to you (im talking to both groups)...

keep in mind how much work all these people put in on a 11 year old video game that gets complained about whether it is good, bad, seen, or heard so you can have fun.   

there are people here that care about this community that have been here for a long time and would not let any of those things be allowed if u gave any sort of evidence to help the issues. Making a post like this gives it great attention but if you want anything to be fixed proof is the only way to solve it. i trust @ Grandma Gary  will never let us die

This has been said since the server was actually alive. It’ll never happen the last 2 players on the server would report eachother and get eachother banned. It’s how it has always been

The only reason they dont get ban is because they know how to cheat and they know how to hide it.
