@Jesse No I did not alt f4. A medic, actually the same medic who reved me in the gif like 30minutes to like a hour prior to this. I got killed in pygros rebel and reved around 18 minutes into the request timer. Got killed 2 minutes leter, then reved again right after. Now I refill mags and get teleported into the ocean with no clothes and then died about 2 minutes from swimming or a shark got me.

@Jesse I submitted this on the bug tracker but forgot to put the Youtube link of the last 5 minutes if you want to see if anything could have caused it. I Have of this before from BBC. To me, it seems like when you get killed and a medic revs you it might produce a second copy of your body. When a medic revs a second clone of you then that body may get all of your gear and teleport you where you would be as if you were dead?  I think that may have been what happen so it may be an error with RnR revving.
