Merry Christmas my fellow Olympians. I hope you all enjoy it with the people you love and get to embrace special time with your people. If you don’t have people - our server will be fully operational for you to no life if you need a place to escape for the day. Thank you for all the support for so many years. We genuinely appreciate all of you for being here and I hope you get everything you want for Christmas.
The holidays aren’t easy for everyone. Before I had my girls, the holidays were a bad time for me every year. If you need anyone to bullshit with or just someone to talk with, please do not hesitate to comment on this or message me on discord or the forums and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Refreshing to see you mention this actually. I’ve always been an advocate of seniors playing with everyone and not hiding in channels. My chief tenure was very short and that’s usually what it’s remembered by - but I’m glad some saw the effort I made to connect with the juniors. I especially remember you asking me questions and making suggestions daily. I’m glad youre more in tune with everything now - but DMs are still always open if you need anything my man. I’m sure you’ll have more in the future who else do you get to talk to about car seats and toddler chaos?! Yes -

It’s up to him if he wants to post it but I will say in his self report about the situation his gangmate even asks him why he shot the guy and he says he didn’t know it was him and then a second later an enemy pops around the same corner. It was a rule break but it was clearly an accident but if there wasn’t genuine effort to resolve the issue he would have still gotten banned. It’s not always about throwing money at someone. I deny unsolicited comp to get out of bans and ban people pretty regularly - but if there’s a genuine effort to correct a genuine mistake and not a malicious asshole move - I’ll usually do my best to work with the player. I know you’re probably still upset about the bad ban you got - but I promise you that most admins do their best to assess the issue as well as the effort from the reported to fix the problem before just handing out bans. In the end, I told OP to make a report for sr admin if he wanted to and I assigned it as soon as he did because if a sr admin thinks it still warrants a ban - I respect it. But if someone goes above and beyond to correct a mistake, I don’t think they should get dicked.

caught me damn Intentionally leaving out the part where the player offered to give you his bounty which was much more than the player he killed, comped, went to support trying to resolve it and had a support member leave a note and vouch for him that he was trying to rectify the issue. If there’s genuine effort to correct a mistake then we’ll work with you. Pretty simple. If sr admin decides to ban - no worries. But after seeing his self report to be on top of it, the support member vouching for his efforts AND his efforts in the dispute - a ban wasn’t warranted as the player understood they fucked up and tried to fix it.

Smh if you’re going to dig into the lore you have to use the lore correct at least! Was a funeral for my dad and then for computer parts. The computer parts was the point of the go fund me dent head not food. I was obese. I didn’t need food ;D
