    Can someone please tell me why the fuck when I open rust it downloads workshop shit and I haven't subscribed to anything on the workshop and I can pause the download and when I go to download setting and let no back ground updates it still downloads and also in downloads settings I set it to where it can only download between 12am and 12am which is no time at all and the shit still downloads.
