Federal events have and always will be cancerous and no one will come together because they all hate each other and want to cancer each other. Just how it goes, the APD abuses the civilians, and the civilians abuse the APD and any other gang that attempts to do federal events, and by civilians, I mean Aegis. But what I find to be the most disturbing is the fact that you can get mod, then be promoted to admin and automatically be allowed to put $200 million in your deposit box, and no one bats an eye. For example, if a cop VDMs someone while on cop, they get reported, they get banned, and now they are dewhitelisted because they need to be disciplined on the APD side, so they have to wait for the staff member who banned them to respond to a ban appeal, and now they have to wait for a senior APD member to come talk to them, and they will end up with a note, a ban, and a headache because they have to wait for two different people in two different roles to handle their punishment. How it works now is if a cop VDMs someone while on cop, they get reported, they get See SAPD from a senior APD member who is a staff member, they wait to talk to that one person, don't get banned, and walk away with a note that most likely will not affect their chances of progression. APD and civilians can't be compared. APD members are so easily accessible for a plethora of reasons, while civilians can only be accessed via a ticket (most likely a ban appeal).

I am not an Administrative staff member, but all my time in Senior APD, rarely do cops get banned for breaking server rules while on cop, mainly because they compensate heavily, learn from their mistakes, and a speaking to and light warning suffices, and because they care a little bit more. What you're proposing will probably result in a ban 80% of the time and will always result in a note being made on our end. Our noting system will not change; this proposal will only hurt the population more.

Notes aren't always bad either; most of them these days say "doesn't effect promotion, etc."

Bruh, you think I got Senior SWAT to play in-game? Caden asked me to be SWAT SGT so I could do all the introductions and promotions which I did. I was straight up the only one doing promotions and introductions for months. I literally made the sheets for SWAT because we had to use the Senior APD ones which made it so no one outside of Senior APD could get Senior SWAT. Once again, another person who doesn't know shit yet speaks like they do. Shut the fuck up. I even made it so they could give tags, have access to LC, have a channel in Discord, have channels in TS, and a place to store info properly. I pretty much made SWAT operate as a faction rather than a sub faction. I told Xlax if he wanted me to stop down from LT I would, he asked me to stay so I did. It's crazy how our roles are entirely different. Did you not see the part where I said that when I was a SGT, I had a minimum of 25 hours played every week and 70 OICs never once missed my times, missed my OICs needed, and never once missed a meeting as a SGT LT or CPT? I had the most OICs and time played out of every Senior APD member for 7 months straight. Doing all of that, I was still doing so much work for SWAT and was a Designer and Senior designer, excluding my IRL obligations. I needed a break to revive my interest in doing desk work and playing in-game. I still hold the most tests to this day.
