Don't think it is like any other DLC. Pretty sure it's only possible to have owners and non-owners play together is by downloading Workshop stuff.

Which will encourage runs more, if they're so poor then they shouldn't have a house. If they're so rich eventually it will make an impact on their balance, sure it might not be much but if they're not making money back it will make a difference eventually.

I said you don't understand the rules because you and your gang do not understand the rules. Just because I'm here arguing against your arguments doesn't mean I know you're right lol. The rule is pretty simple, you've pasted it enough times so I'm not going to copy and paste it again. I'm not trying to belittle you at all, I'm saying you have poor knowledge of the Server and APD rules because it is true. Also is there any need to resort to calling anyone that opposes you "kid"?

If you're going to go through all of the trouble to make a huge dramatic post on the forums at least give a proper reply to one of my comments, don't say it's a "cool story". It doesn't help your arguments at all, especially if you are actually trying to make a change. Show some actual evidence of the APD bending rules, don't just say it, saying it doesn't make it true.
