      As stated, if you're trying to save something as a .png all you have to do is save the file as a .png extension with it open in the texView editor.

      If you need assistance with a template .PSD I'm sure something can be worked out, just PM me.

      The link that @ Mako  sent is great. I don't oftentimes need to do a whole lot of PAA conversion but when I do I definitely use that tool. It allows you to do a bunch in bulk at once and it processes them all on the client so you don't have to wait on a server or worry about what you are downloading.

      Something also worth noting about PAAs that a lot of people don't realize going in is that their formatting specifications can be quite picky. If you try to convert an image that is not of a 2^x / 2^y resolution it will error out. Basically just meaning it has to be something like 32*32 or 64*64. Although all of that is basically the gist of it, more details like max res and other stuff can be found in the bohemia wiki here.

    Notes & bans should both be applied, obviously if the rule break was very minor/not advantageous i think just a talking to is fine along with the ban however allowing people to not compensate, break APD handbook and then take a ban for it just allows shitty cops & players to achieve higher progression over people who are doing the right thing

    Not entirely sure how true this is since i just came back but if a chief is no longer interacting with its PD nor the server then there definitely needs to be room made for someone whos willing. Push/pull is good IMO however everyone should be able to get along at the end of the day, sometimes we forget this is arma 3

    to add to this, imo we should have a system implemented where you dont need to pay cartel taxes but as a tradeoff you get tracked for 5 minutes and cant store/bank atm for 5 minutes, they used to do this on modded servers and it worked quite well

    dont think you realise one of the main things that draw players into oly are fights especially on cartels, if you dont like to be forced to fight then dont and leave it to the players that do. most people i know literally log off just because there isnt fights, cartels arent made for newer smaller gangs its made for endgame players that are quite literally bored of playing the same fucking thing over and over and over again and would rather just pvp, theres tons of things to do otherwise and theres even ways to make money without paying cartel (legal runs, frogs, plane deliveries, robbing, etc.) theres nothing wrong with the new system and even if there is the positives outweigh the negatives. also i havent heard of a single person complain except you which isnt suprising considering you literally do nothing but sit underwater and contest or use explosives TLDR - if you dont like the change then either change your playstyle or dont fight Also civ council please push to remove rebreathers im tired of buying sdars when pushing peninsula
