@ Big Boss Fredo Members of the APD may not be restrained or excessively tased when responding to Federal Events, Pharmaceutical, Bank, or APD Escort events or in the aftermath of the aforementioned events
Outside of Federal Events, my understanding is that excessively tasing is when you continuously tase someone without showing intent to restrain; i.e tasing someone 3+ times when you are right next to the civilian and making no effort or showing no intent to restrain
