P07 should be removed, it shoots 1 500 .380 rounds with little recoil. Putting DMR scope on it makes it even more OP.

He was in the Teamspeak channel as James Hunt, and was logged in game as James Hunt. He was in Federal Reserve channel whilst responding to a Federal Reserve. I can only assume, but, I can bet that he wasn't there to chit-chat but was actually responding to the Federal Reserve. No rules were broken, he was named same on Teamspeak as ingame. You'll actually find some senior APD actually do this in order to see how other ranks behave around a Deputy versus around a Sergeant. @McDili has done this to me back when I was a Patrol Officer last year.

It prevents Johnson Hopping and stacking. If he was to be in that channel as a Chief he'd have about 15 other officers in his channel. To be honest, if you made it through 20 minutes for the bomb to blow and him to pull a Ghosthawk without none of you seeing his uniform / hearing the rifle then you deserve to have of been smited with the Ghostcock.
