Yeah what Dante said lol. Sadly there are people running for the "chance" at defibs/no cartel NLR when the admins have a clear cut and solid No on the subject. Others are running on solely the idea of cartel reforms which is not in the best interest of the community, because there are so many people who don't just log on do a cartel and log off, their experience on this server isn't simply a cartel.
