Likely lots of wipes money and stuffs about two months before that exact date.

I believe when they removed and comped all quilins on the server it inflated the economy of inactive accounts. Then 2 months or so went by and those accounts now longer accounted for part of the economy.

It does, but gunfire is very distinct compared to a low hum from a Hatchback.
