Chapter XII - Federal Events

1. If 5 7 or less officers are online during a Jailbreak, wave rule is not required.
2. If 10 or less officers are online during an Evidence Locker, wave rule is not required.

 

Chapter XIX - APD Aircraft[edit]

Exception: Ghosthawks are authorized "guns hot" after bomb blows on illegal vehicles (excluding the BlackWater ground vehicle) within the federal event's inner anti-air circle (this includes RnR armored vehicles).

Yeah I mean usually when shit is heavily civ sided it won’t give out the best loot. There’s a reason blackwaters have better loot and 88 never do them
