I’m sure this is unserious and just trolling but just in case you aren’t; The process to implement and represent a faction (civs included) is and never has been black and white. Any former Chief, director, civ council and staff can tell you that in order to get something you want implemented, you have to go through the channels and have it approved. Getting something approved also involves having to get it generally agreed upon amongst many people in a channel who all have very strong minded opinions that can influence the narrative of the idea either way. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen Chief, civ council, and director ideas rejected. It’s Walt’s job to represent the community and that takes time. He implemented the feedback form and it’ll take time to review everyone’s ideas, look for trends of common issues amongst the community, and then to hash out with senior staff how to address those issues. Then there’s the actual idea of implementing it because it could be a development thing that’ll take time to show. TLDR; he just got it, give him like 6 months before starting to question him. He has to get shit approved and has shown initiative right out of the gate. Be patient.

I know. I know you play the villain often on these here forums lol but know where your intentions are. As a general statement from me though: I support everyone (male or female) speaking out and never being afraid to speak their truth when situations like this happen. If there is legit truth to it, then obviously my stance changes. What I don’t support and what is not okay is a third party (someone saying another person said this happened without any evidence from the first person person confirming it) making such an extreme life altering allegation about someone on a video game forum that could very well have secondary purposes that have nothing to do with real life. We want to banter and ruin each other’s in game lives.. go for it. All I’ve seen so far is people mention his staff rank. If there was any truth, who the fuck is thinking about his STAFF rank and not his real life status? All the intentions seem malicious for no real purpose other than to ruin video game statuses. Which is low of a human as you can be. so, again, if anyone has real evidence, go directly to Ryan and Gary. Don’t post on these forums. Don’t ruin a guys life over a third party allegation that seems to be all on track to just ruin someone’s in game status. -

I get it and I know you don’t mean any malicious intent with the point, but what this post does is open up discussion for everyone to come in here with a platform to witch hunt and I’ve seen very important people in my real life have their entire lives ruined over these kind of allegations that ended up being false. If there’s any substance, I can promise you that Gary and Ryan would not have him stay. This should all remain private between staff, rexo, and anyone who sends in actual evidence to staff directly. -

This isn’t a post for the public to discuss. This is a real life serious allegation made by a third party of the ‘situation’. This doesn’t belong on the forums. This has nothing to do with a bunch of internet strangers to debate about. If you have evidence to support them, message staff directly. This shouldn’t be done public. DM staff about it. Don’t make a public post without literal evidence. I love forum drama but not that kind. Not on a video game forum.

I once had the highest interviews done. I might have had flights too but I think mercury might have had me by a few I can’t remember. Then when I got Sgt and scribble was sr rnr he was a 1 man do all machine lol. I shared the load with a couple of friends who were sr rnr at the time but I still had #1 at one point lol

Now imagine when server pop was 3x the amount and we had more medics I gave interviews all day but I dreaded giving flight tests after a while. Lost many of my own helis giving those tests lol

I’m not sure what the flight test entails these days but I imagine it's not much from when I was giving them. They’re not that hard, but I know there’s a few things that we used to do that were just simply not relevant to being a medic. Like when we used to walk the heli up and down the air strip at a low altitude. Making it more simplistic in certain areas could be a topic. I am definitely one that thinks it should exist though. As mentioned above, you’re the only pilot on and you don’t have basic flight abilities and you keep crashing and nobody is getting revived. For anyone struggling, I was an AWFUL pilot. I blew up trying to take off on my first flight test with @ Mercury lmao. I then spawned hundreds of m900s in editor and just flew. Just practiced anything and everything. Within a week I passed with a nearly perfect score. Granted, Mercury was drunk af so maybe I didn’t do as well as I think . But if I could improve from not being able to take off without blowing up, anyone can learn.

I actually had a thread on the forums years ago with me willingly posting all my cringy scene kid and army photos to out myself but after seeing these girls go wild over photos I went ahead and took it down cuz I’m here for the vibes not all this when I inevitably piss someone off lmao. -
Spend some time learning the ropes and rules. As stated above, watch the guide, look into joining gangs so you can be taught by more veteran players along the way. Also, once you get enough time, you can learn some faction (medic or cop) rules and join a faction as well which is a little more organized if that’s something you’re into as well. If you have any direct questions or struggling with anything, feel free to join the Olympus teamspeak and there is a support team there that can answer most of your questions relatively quickly. You can direct message me as well if you’re not able to get anyone in teamspeak or have any questions about the server. Good luck!
