caught me damn Intentionally leaving out the part where the player offered to give you his bounty which was much more than the player he killed, comped, went to support trying to resolve it and had a support member leave a note and vouch for him that he was trying to rectify the issue. If there’s genuine effort to correct a mistake then we’ll work with you. Pretty simple. If sr admin decides to ban - no worries. But after seeing his self report to be on top of it, the support member vouching for his efforts AND his efforts in the dispute - a ban wasn’t warranted as the player understood they fucked up and tried to fix it.

Shit id say the bar is even higher now under Jay because he wants to be sure people aren’t being banned that MAY not be cheating. If someone gets a manually added scripting ban, they’re 99.99999% chance cheating.

If you’ve seen the amount of dog water ass players we have caught cheating you’d understand that cheating doesn’t = good as well. @ CaloomClark caught some recently that were in contention for worst Arma players I’ve ever seen but were clearly using ESP lmao. We have lot of steps we take to ensure scripting bans are absolute. Which is why even the reports we deny - we look heavily into the player after just in case

Like @ Fraali said, he watches for cheater suspects all the time. 90% of the time if he’s in game, he’s working to find scum cheating. That being said, that doesn’t mean we don’t encourage you to continue reporting sketchy moments. Please keep reporting moments that seem like cheating. Even when we deny cheating reports - we ALWAYS do our due diligence and will look further into the player. Doesn’t matter if it’s a 1 hour player or a 8 year player. If they’re cheating - we want them off of our server for the betterment of our player base

Trying to be informational and was referring to a video that one of your gangmates posted in a report. If there are genuine issues I’d like to help but being an asshole to any staff that responds will get you nowhere. In the video you posted, it’s relevant to the one I mentioned because of the jump out of the heli. Ask the gang members I tagged in my initial response. I’m trying to help. Maybe try to be productive in your responses.

I mean that if he had god mode, then he wouldn’t have died from being shot a second after he landed. If I can find some old videos of how CSATs used to be hopping out of a heli I’ll drop it. It’s been a long ass time tho.

Just to build on what @ Fraali has already said: as most know I am very active with tickets and I even like to go through resolved appeals and tickets to see how other people made decisions, see if theres any mistakes etc. I can confirm that Fraali doesn't allow any cheaters back unless theyve been banned for MANY years. The only thing that he does is make sure they are in fact cheating out of fairness because banning people for cheating without evidence of actual cheating is shitty and sets a pretty poor precedent. Which means if we ban you for scripting - its about 95% accurate. Which means they STAY banned. Which is what we want when it comes to cheaters. If there's one staff member you can expect to stay impartial through and through, especially when it comes to cheating, its this motherfucker. As for the dude who didnt die from the heli drop - I am pretty sure that I was the one that denied the report for cheating. If it was a cheat, such as god mode, he wouldnt have died immediately after from bullets. That being said, I have seen that happen even when there isnt an active bug. The amount of times ive jumped out of a heli that was about to crash while playing cop and got lucky to not die over the years is pretty high. Obviously if this same person continues to do it and is clearly abusing the bug to gain an advantage then please re-report and they will be banned. But a one off where they died anyways isnt enough to prove abuse. I do my best to be transparent and available for everyone for situations like these and others. I know some of you guys havent had great experiences with consistency and if there are people being inconsistent, I do hope you report them to Sr Staff. I will say for me - Im in a one man gang by myself and I dont play with anyone besides when i hop on cop. I am open to explaining anything when people have questions and I have even had a pretty regular line of communication with players in Devreler such as @ 911 and @ YouRock Obama etc. I also welcome that line of communication with anybody else. I am an open book, I will be as transparent as I can and be as honest as I can be to help you understand why decisions have been made one way or another. TLDR; Fraali basically says fuck all cheaters. Report people abusing shit and suspecting cheaters. And I love you

to be fair, this 'but' was moreso meaning despite my opinion, I would rather you still report things you feel are unbecoming of an admin. I have faith in the people I work next to daily. I also just as much want everyone held accountable

If someone is genuinely being bias and protecting anyone without any logic then report it in a staff IA. I believe this situation wasn’t that case BUT if it’s something you truly believe, report the admin(s) so senior admins can look into it.
