At this point in time there is no clear definition for whether or not the server will be seeing an increase in FPS over its Altis counterpart. The map isn't completely finished and there are still scripts/fixes/textures to be put into the server as well the map hasn't been tested on a full player count at this point in time. The only true way of finding out would be to log on when it releases.
