You are exerting a force on the house by standing on it therefore you are interacting with it, you are also using that interaction to your advantage in a combat situation (You seem to keep forgetting this part) = PC. I also don't really see how running into the side of a house gives a combat advantage.

Actually peaking would not be PC because you are not exerting a physical action on to the house/gang shed so you wouldn't be interacting. You also have to be in a combat situation and standing on top for it to be PC.

Clearly it was and always has been pc. I guess "Interacting with a house/gang shed in any form" wasn't clear enough.
