talking in binary is fun when its all about solving puzzles and getting prizes but when you're do it for no reason what so ever its a bit pointless and slightly annoying

solved in case anyone was wondering here is the steps i had to take and this took me about an hour. you first zoom in and see that the answer isn't there as it says so you open the image in notepad scroll to the bottom to find some binary and ascii code. you decode the binary which is a hint for the ascii which asks if your keyboard has a numpad (since you can hold alt and press numpad keys to convert it) you then convert a few lines of ascii to get a code which is D0efZbU9RlQ. recognise it? its a watch code for a youtube video. chuck that in and it takes you to a "decoy" as it so helpfully states. you go on the channel the video is on to find a video with the following numbers displayed on screen 16.9662819,7.9987115,16z . this is coordinates for google maps. put it in and it takes you here agadez airport. using the hint from the youtube video sound which was a phone ringing i googled the agadez airport phone number. and finally we have the answer. 22791331016 the agadez airport phone number.

the trick is usually to shoot the guy you're trying to kill rather than next to him, i often find that fixes the issue. hope it helps!

I haven't seen any issues with it either, I've had no problems chopping multiple vehicles since last update. One issue I have seen occur however is that if someone dies in the vehicle then disconnects with their body in it and it disappears, it acts like its still there and you cant get it out so you can't chop the vehicle, similarly if a body gets stuck in the vehicle for some reason you can't chop it.

seems like a fairly standard landing to me, dont see why wong was so surprised

not to my knowledge, i believe it was just because a lot of medics were unsure on the rules about disclosing such information like names/locations of requests which was highlighted in a post on the R&R section, so this was added to clear that up.

excellent update clears up whether us medics are actually able to disclose such information or not, as i and many others were unsure about that for a time.
