There are some older bans (pre that policy) where misconduct ment different things like doxxing that still exist. I also think Ryan still uses the reason misconduct for chargeback issues from time to time.
There are situations where it isn't monetization, but it's always monetization. AFAIK we don't have any scripting bans or anything super interesting labeled misconduct.
