@Boomer xD basically the man tries to be cool and acts tough by talking and acting like a person from the Ghettos. Very common from younger people that think they are hot shit when they usually aren't. Its pretty common in people that live in NY cuz when they are younger usually they have a massive ego usually over nothing.
