6 months back when we didn't have it in-game, there was a stats page(before it was broken) that displayed minutes not hours, let alone live control displayed only minutes as well.

This is primarily why. When we check life control for minutes, it goes by minutes and not hours. Even though we now have the in game stats options, Srs do not see stats the way you do.
