Ok so this is only a temporary texture for the holidays, so bare with it. I see some in game taking off the suit and putting it back on to default it to normal. Second there are only like three wet suits in the game. So that means there can only be three wet suit textures; RnR has one, APD does, and gang wars. Had to use the only one available.
