rewrite APD handbook to include all "unofficial" rules, and if it isnt in the handbook it should be taken as unallowed (depending on the situation of course) if it is deemed a necessary rule then add it. stop all this retard "actually it is allowed" bs also remove winters

I know its an APD member bc both my house and shed got raided and we have brought this stuff up multiple times to Winters and he just sided with the cops every time. We have countless videos of cops camping our shit and nothing ever gets done. My gang shed has to be the most raided shed on the whole server. context is we died while cops were around, and my entire 15 minute timer was about to expire, and my friend came with an epi and revived me. The cops left when we died but apparently they only went 800m and sat there for my entire timer.

lol. I've never seen anyone ripped out the bottom like this, but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if its real. Arma is a game basically entirely off chance if your bullets are gonna pen or not. The bottom of an Orca probably is no different, just a very low chance. I've shot someone straight through the door of an orca which is different, but not that big of a chance using 7.62
