Its not for the civs as much as its for the cops. I prefer to drive the speed limit when I'm patrolling so when someone goes flying past me I have PC to pull them over. If the cop is speeding its hypocritical to pull someone over for speeding. R.I.P. the dream.

Maybe I wasn't clear the first time. It's Not Happening. If you enjoy fighting at cartels that is great but we are not only going to cater to the cartel fighters. This is an Altis life server. Not wasteland.

I don't see epi pens being available at any rebel outpost. A rebel isn't supposed to be a one stop shop type of place. If you want an epi pen go to the nearest hospital. There are four hospitals. They aren't that difficult to get to. Get off your lazy ass and drive/fly to the nearest hospital.

Gotcha, I mean you should use your head if they have similar names because chances are they're in a group even if they don't have gang tags. It does say they need gang tags in order to engage said person as a gang. Resubmit the ticket and request an admin to look at it if it was anytime recent. If its not recent then don't bother re-submitting the report.
