If you're buying a card you want to make sure you don't spend a crap ton but you also want to make sure that the card won't be outdated. I bought a GTX 970 a couple weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. Before you buy a nice video card make sure you have a decent power supply that can run the desired card you want.

EMTs may only enter illegal zones if being escorted by APD or a Paramedic or above. If APD have instructed you not to enter the area you may not do so. Responders who choose to willingly enter an illegal area to answer a call cannot be killed unless they are properly engaged. If engaged, and advised to leave, a reasonable amount of time, at least 5 seconds, must be given to allow the medic to react and comply. Forms of acceptable engagement include direct chat, EMS text, or warning shots at the helicopter, vehicle, or individual.
