30 seconds is enough time to give the people attacking a chance, but only a chance. Since when your group has cops in restraints you are taze on sight the ability for cops to continuously respawn in a random location (behind, in front, on buildings, in buildings) is already really strong to simulate an actual police force at their HQ.

Thermal NVG's are illegal and you would be subject to the APD seizing it (at least i think so).

i don't do feds to win, i do them for fun and a good time win or lose. I personally think that 1min respawns would be a slight improvement for civs and a slight debuff for cops but i see both sides of the argument and do see why cops already have a hard time. Win or losing fights on civ against cops doesn't affect my reflection of how i think the APD could be improved but it does give me a perspective that most seniors don't have because they aren't the ones going into the same scenarios regularly.

Change their 30 second spawn timer to 1min or 1min 30s. Making it just a little longer between waves. Edit: also makes it slightly easier in towns and in HQ. Making spawning a slight punishment instead of letting them spawn behind civs.

Rule out previous winners (individually not as a whole gang). I give credit where it's due, TI will most likely just repeatedly win if the gangwars is held on a regular basis with the same great fighters. I don't know about you but there's no point in watching/participating in any type of tournament when you already know who the 1 or 2 winners are going to be (besides maybe just watching both of them duke it out in the end). That's why i stopped watching League of Legends E-Sports a long time ago. (pic attatched of when i actually played league and went to the NA tournaments) Edit: The 2 seasons where TSM lost to CLG, they got 2nd. Like i said it all came down to just watching TSM fight the finals and either take 1st or 2nd.

You win, it is a shitty thing to do, and i do feel bad for the guy. I won’t be back to take part in it. To clarify, the intention of that post was not to justify bullying in any sort of way despite what meaning you may have interpreted, and i do feel like the guy deserves an apology despite whatever behavior he may have accidentally allowed. (I had some big long thing about toxicity and bullying in the community ingame and shit but, i’ll save it for another day.)

Where did i justify bullying? I said peter told him what was happening, and what he is doing to feed behavior I said he has to react badly, that's why people think it's funny I said in the end, he is being too soft, he isn't being smart, and twitch is cancerous. feel free to quote me on my justification on why we should be bullying him or why it is okay to do so, if anything i'm giving reasons as to why this is happening the way it is happening. who said i think this is right?

1. Peter went in there and told him this whole community was out to troll him, he realized this, he should know this. Peter even told him that he's feeding this type of behavior by allowing these types of things and making an opening for it. 2. He HAS to react badly to the N word and trolls who are using what would be censored things on stream or else he will be removed from twitch. in the end, twitch is cancerous and not a good place for softies. The guy is kind of a dumbass and is feeding this type of behavior on stream and his audience that he is seeking is terrible. If he's as wise (goes to jail 12 times but has 2 degrees?) as he says he is, he will take it with a grain of salt.
