      Corps had types and Tier 3s back in 2018 when civs only had Tier 3 vests as well, now they have access to buyable Tier 4 vests and the corps still don't have Type115s back, Obivously how this hasn't been roundtable'd and argued for on the APD's behalf is still beyond me...
