According to @John Ryder he could not get on either. When there is a cop already occupying the first cop slot no other cops can get on unless the first slot is unoccupied. That fixed it. So obviously there is something iffy going on. 

@Bubbaloo - I can confirm that worked, I had Rogue switch to another slot and I can get on fine.

@Poseidon so, we did not find the fix to problem but the source of it

It used to be correct, but a previous update fucked it up a while ago and nobody's seen fit to fix it yet. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

Nice. Yeah it will help. I have a 4790K with a 980GTX and since the end of January frames have been crapping out on me. I get from 10-15 FPS less on both towns and rural areas for no reason. Makes me sad  

Perhaps something with your actual PC? Full storage or so?

HMM. Not that I know. I mean yes my SSD has about 30GB less than it used to but do you think that would affect performance that much? I have another SSD. I've just been lazy and haven't transferred my steam library to that one. 

Either way I'll do some de-fragmentation on my hard drive today and move all my games to my other SSD to see if it does anything.

So how do I get someone who's tazed out of a helicopter?

If they won't comply after several attempts. If you keep tazing and tazing them and there is a Corporal or higher up. Tell them that they will be lethaled. Other than that I have to go back in my memory to see what else I have done in those situations. They eventually comply. 

You can drive/pilot whilst tazed now. I've been a Corporal back in the day this used to happen so I simply loaded lethals. Now? They either fly off or do nothing and wait for you to leave.

Honestly it should've just been like it used to be before CSAT clothing became magical. They do not test their updates. 

Reason it is like this now is because they modified how damage is calculated - now having a vest won't affect fall damage as you fall on your feet not vest.

Before you needed a GA to survive fall from tower but seeing that the vest does not modify fall damage we think they changed how much clothing modified it, but in the end - they may of left it the same as it used to be.
