Pretty simple: should I add a page that shows the current cap percentages and owners of cartels on all servers? It would update once every ~5m.
This used to be a feature on the old stats page (back in like 2015 or something), but disappeared when we switched away from Fedot's stats page. @Silton suggested adding it back, and i want to gauge interest.

Custom icon winners, send me a PM. You can pick pretty much anything that isn't overly offensive (racist, etc). The image must be a PNG or SVG with a transparent background and the icon itself must only have one color (will not appear colored in game).
Icon pack winners should have the redemptions already available in game.

Event Description
This event will be Held at Arms dealer cartel (OG). The Event will start at 6:00PM EST on server 2 and the team that has the cartel captured at 7:00PM EST will be the winners (whichever gang has their name on the cap wins, cap percentage does not matter).
Rewards
10 million sent to gang funds.
Note: We are going to start doing more smaller events, so feedback is welcomed and encouraged.Shoutout to @Zurph for suggesting and assisting in the moderation of this event.

Why does the video need to be reviewed on the spot instead of in a ticket at a later date? Why does it matter that the dude gets banned ASAP? It's a lot more efficient to sit down and do a bunch of tickets than wait for people to join teamspeak and have a problem.
If somebody messages me to spectate someone, I'll almost hop on and spectate if I'm not busy (usually for scripting, etc). Randomly spectating people isn't really productive, and most server rule breaks can't be resolved with spectate because a lot of context is missed (engagement, etc).

Believe it or not, most player reports aren't for some kid "mass rdming", but for smaller slip ups that people make. It's not that straightforward.

That's what staff applications are for - I think we plan to take on more soon, but it can be hard to find people that would actually do well in the position.

There are far more people that would want to talk to the admin/mod than would be worth the time. Again, support team is here to serve as mediators.

Admins can all handle player reports as well - they just prioritize comp requests, which really makes sense. Should we prioritize getting people their money back or banning people? It's not really any skin off your back if the dude that RDM'd you has to wait an extra few days before being banned.

This is essentially what support team is for - they cant directly ban or handle comp, but they can help two players resolve their issues and reduce the number of false reports.

Custom Gang Textures
This is something that has been requested many times for a long time now, and we’re finally ready to allow gangs to purchase custom textures (gang uniforms and vehicles).How it works
- Any gang member (with leader approval) can purchase a custom gang texture from the store page (uniform or vehicle)
- Custom textures cost $20 upfront and a $10 recurring monthly fee. 50% of this money will go to the designer that makes the texture. The only reason it is priced this way is so that we can ensure the designer gets properly compensated for their work overtime + it does add onto our mission file space.
- After the initial payment has been processed, a designer will begin work on your texture (based on the notes left in the text box) and may reach out for you via forum PM with further questions and initial designs for feedback.
- After completion, the texture will be included in the next content update or hotfix (should be within a month)
Uniform textures will be applied on every respawn and also available for purchase in the clothing shops (basically, it replaces the elite/champion/etc uniform) for the gang that has it.
Vehicle textures will be available when purchasing a vehicle or at the modshop.
Currently, we plan to allow custom vehicle textures for hatchbacks, orcas, and ifrits. Going forward, we may open this up to more vehicles if requested.
Note that availability is limited to 5 custom uniforms and 5 custom vehicles, one per gang. Upfront pricing will be tweaked based on demand and additional slots may be added in the future.
Hex Icons
In today’s update, we added the ability for players to select the icon that appears in the middle of their hex. There are currently 238 unlockable icons in the server, unlockable through random rolls. Each player will receive an initial 5 unlock rolls. Additional rolls can be purchased in the store.
Existing founders circle donors will get all unlockable icons and can request a custom icon exclusive to them (provide the icon in a donation support ticket).

The cooldown exists because betting had a significant impact on server performance when it was released without a cooldown, thus why it was added and won't be removed.
