It's not always that simple with ArmA though. If you slow the video down, you see that the first shot may have actually hit the arm and not the chest. Could just be a laggy blood splatter but still.

 

In cases of extreme tanking (Talking like 5+ 7.62mm) it's usually just dsync. But ArmA also handles damage in a very weird way. There's a stupid amount of hitboxes for a person in ArmA. The torso itself has 3 separate hitboxes. It doesn't help that the information on this stuff is really not easy to come by either. But there are certain areas on the body that sometimes bullets will do fuck all if it hits at the wrong angle. I remember somebody had a video shooting Cake in the dick 20 times emptying the mag and he hadn't even been dropped to half HP. ArmA is just a weird game.
