Olympus cannot fix this issue. This is an issue with Arma 3 not the server. There is not much they can do. However you can buy a semi ghille, as I am pretty sure they are not 1 shot.

A freshspawn with surfer clothes can tank at least one rook shot but a gillie suit can't? I sure hope it's a bug and not intentional

The ghillie issue isn't an olympus problem, it's a problem that has to do with bohemia and only bohemia. And Idk why your telling a dev they know nothing, cause I'm pretty sure Jesse knows more about arma than you do
