Popular Post PoptartRex 3294
This rule change is effective immediately. Post any questions/concerns below. Chapter IV - Civilian Interaction Dealing with Medics Medics are subject to all civilian laws. Officers should not stop R&R personnel from performing their medical duties without reason. Officers should have a means to stopping medical personnel in controlled situations. This means boots on the ground and/or an armed aerial vehicles should be present when denying medics at controlled situations. Chapter XI - Illegal Areas For federal event robberies/jailbreaks: APD are not to enter the Blackwater dome and Federal Reserve dome prior to an active robbery unless: A Civilian is trapped inside. Any game error has occurred. Chapter XII - Fines and Penalties Ticketing Procedure When ticketing a suspect, always list their charges and tell them the total value of their ticket or bounty. Once a ticket is written, the cost is set. An officer cannot place additional charges on the suspect. Tickets may be less than the set price with approval of a Corporal or higher. Suspects are granted two chances to pay the ticket. If the suspect refuses the ticket both times, he may be sent to jail. A third chance to pay is discretionary and out of courtesy, but an officer is never to give more than 3 chances to pay a ticket. Patrol Officers and Deputies are to abide by the ticket values with no deviation from the fine amounts, even in the absence of higher ranking officers. Patrol Officers and Deputies are only permitted to write a $100 pardon ticket when there are no Patrol Officers or higher available to grant a discount or pardon. Patrol Officers may issue a discount of up to 25% off the total bounty only when no corporal or higher is available. Corporals have the ability to give discounted tickets, up to 50% off the total bounty. Sergeants and higher have the ability to discount tickets at their discretion. Chapter XIII - APD Equipment & Ground Vehicles APD Tools Spike strips may be deployed on suspects utilizing ground vehicles who are attempting to evade the APD. Spike strips may be used in any situation provided they disable only suspects that the APD is actively engaged with. Chapter XIV - APD Aircraft Airplane Patrols Fixed Wing Patrol - The Fixed Wing Aircraft can be used for both recon and rapid response. Recon patrols can be performed by any APD member, with the approval of a Corporal or higher. For standard patrols, the APD may employ the use of parachutes to minimize the danger of a risky landing. You may perform recon over illegal areas without using lights and sirens. Minimum Crew - Pilot - Corporal or higher must be present. (More than one occupant may be present for recon patrols) Armed Fixed Wing Patrol - The Armed Plane patrols are conducted by Sergeants or higher. These patrols can be used for both recon and rapid response. Armed Planes will follow Ghosthawk engagement rules. Exception - Armed Planes can also engage ground vehicles. Armed Planes may not engage low priority suspects that are utilizing ground vehicles. Armed planes may mirror the guns hot status of any active Ghosthawks. However, this does not apply vice-versa. If a Ghosthawk is guns hot, then any Armed Plane in the area will also be guns hot. Extra Clarifications: "Low Priority suspects" are typically suspects with low bounties. The bounty total should not typically be under 250k, but is not restricting going under in the case of suspects that are of higher priority. 21 1 Quote Link to comment

Dirty Scrubz 127
Officers should not stop R&R personnel from performing their medical duties without reason. Officers should have a means to stopping medical personnel in controlled situations. This means boots on the ground and/or an armed aerial vehicles should be present when denying medics at controlled situations. So if cops get wiped at an illegal area (e.g. cocaine processing) and a few rebels died in the process and they request a medic, the medic doesn't have to listen to the APD to stay away unless the APD can enforce this right? No - "controlled situations" is intended to prevent this. Essentially a cop should still try to be denying the medic in that circumstance since it is not controlled yet. How the medic responds to that request is up to R&R rules. 1 Quote Link to comment

Aries 17
Could it be possible to add to the housing breach section to allow POs and such to authorize breaches through the windows? Quote Link to comment
Jobius 11
Much needed review. Personally like that the PO's can choose to give up to a 25% off. The majority of us are PO's and 99% of the time it's usually PO's and Deputies slumming it with no Corp or above with us. Thank you. Quote Link to comment

Still think the Cop and R&R voice chat is kinda aids we can take his comms and he will still get roasted in cop chat by the cops this has happened several times. ive even heard strories of people pulling medics into cop channels and flaming them. 2 Quote Link to comment
LiL J 29
Agree there should be a windows key option for medics that removes their access to cop and medic channel, and they can re get there access to comma after they get taken hostage at the hospital 1 Quote Link to comment
