Show me proof of Senior APD telling people to log off and I will handle that. If people log off when there's a mass amount of people logging, maybe they can't stay on for the whole event. I've experienced that myself when it comes to logging off. The events take a long time so I think expecting massive amounts of people to stay on for 3 or 4 hours consistently is not intelligent.

So you thought it was okay for the bank to have a win percentage of 80%? That's not balanced and a massive issue for the economy. Those changes were agreed upon by your civilian council. So if that's an issue, then maybe you should voice your concerns with them. There was also a Noble member that found out about the proposed changes before the staff meeting and continued to plant fake banks to drive the blow rate down.

As in terms of federal events, you're implying that people log off after them. If it's a successful civilian win with a decent chase afterwards they can go upwards of an hour. Expecting the cops to stay on for another 30 minutes or so for you to re-gear and start another is unrealistic.

We won't do a federal event because there aren't any APD on, an when we try to do them 8 sAPD kids get on civ and make it so we can't. We also did a shitload of banks, and look what got nerfed into the ground.

 

Also if anyone here thinks that players who have been around for awhile are going to loose their money in a casino and happily go do runs after, 95% certain you're wrong about that. The number of people who *haven't* commented on here about quitting is unreal, and like Noble said its the people who have been here for awhile.

Is it good to fix the economy? Sure. Is it bad to do it at the detrement to the player base that keeps the server alive? Yup. Arma is a dying game, and we've run out of food and are starting to cannibalize those that are left. Eventually, we will all be gone.

I think the term your looking for is "ghosting a bank" not trying to drop success rates. Where you plant the bomb then run off and hide, once bomb is blown then you swoop in and take the bags. Considering in my experience cops dont show up a lot of the time, so its almost completely risk free money and arguably a smart thing to do.

Lol, I've been to BW's on civ and cop the last two weeks. The cops have been maybe 10 deep. We had 20 in a civ channel and haven't lost.

Banks were not added for 10 or more people to do.
