Approved Ideas
Civilian
Bleed out timer for people in your gang or group on map like medics
- Reason: This will make it easier for civs to know how much time their teammate has left before bleeding out
Tier five tracksuits for Vigi - T2 Stack only, specific texture
- Not able to craft cost will be 60 renown points
- Reason: This will give Vigi's a better chance at fighting more high tier players who have considerable armor and or larger groups
Top 3 gang with the most hours capped at the end of the week gets a WP payout - have fun
- Reason: This will hopefully encourage more fighting on caps and activity WP payout price opened to be discussed
- First place gets a wetsuit (Could use conquest wetsuit)
Rare Alloy Change - Rare Alloy Ore will be unsellable, 2nd process will be renamed, current process will remain as is, but this will be an optional and less effective method to process into 'Unrefined Rare Alloy Ingots'. Value TBD by simulations
- Bring all UNPROCESSED Ingredients to the foundry. There, you have to double process. The first process combines the ingredients into a rare alloy ORE. The second process smelts it down into rare alloy ingots (The payout will be slightly less than if you visit each processor for the raw ingredients)
- Reason: The current System is a six-step process and takes a considerable amount of time this will make it easier for people doing legal runs
Compound 0 Enable the ability for several people to process at the same time Remove the smoke trail from when people process at it
- Reason: It's a globally marked zone now no reason to have smoke

Remove the ability for cops to see in chat when a civ is unrestraining another civ as well as the ability to see when a civ is lockpicking - Just these actions are approved to remove
- Reason: It's not really needed when cops are waving back into a zone or area, they can visually see what is going on the side chat is basically metagaming giving them an update on what's going on without even being there
Lower the price of speed and ignition bombs - Speed bombs are fun to play with and significantly more expensive than Suicide vests with less opportunity to guarantee effective usage.
- $550k for speed bomb price
- Reason: Civs have complained that the price seems a bit inflated compared to other explosives this will allow us to gauge if usage goes up and reevaluate from there
Cops must wave with 5 at bank (same as jail) - This will be re-evaluated after February's stats are posted
- Reason: Every other federal event the wave is 5 or more you must wave together this will just make it more streamlined for federal events
Make gate 1 and 2 Towers Indestructible at the Federal Reserve - Getting AT'd and losing a vital tower is pretty awful

Reason: It's hard to combat people blowing up towers used to defend against the fed while fighting cops this change will allow a more balanced fight with APD and civs
APD
Lethal Injector Auto Charge - $20k charge
- Automatic $75k charge for using a Lethal Injector on a player
Event Auto Lock-up - No issues
- After 30 minutes with nobody in the inner rings of an event, it will automatically reset. This should already be handled by APD, but if something is missed, having a backup system would allow events to continue and improve overall quality of life for the server
Add Bollards to Pyrgos and Sofia Bank - No jamming of interior stairwells and the Sofia roof example. Not on the exterior of the buildings
- Box trucks can currently be wedged into the top entrance of Sofia Bank, making them impossible to slim jim due to positioning. Hatchbacks can also be wedged on the stairs inside Pyrgos Bank. These workarounds, especially the Sofia example, disrupt the intended flow and balance of the event
Dopamine at APD HQ - Not usable in combat via script restriction of 2M
- Most of the time, if a cop has dope and returns to HQ, they either request a lethal or kill themselves. This change is primarily for quality of life and would not significantly alter gameplay
- Disabled when HQ Takeover Terminals are active
- Unable to be used by Civilians
Ghosthawk MROT - We'll re-evaluate this, there is already a damage reduction in place.
- Change: Increase the durability of the MROT.
- Reason: A Bohemia update significantly reduced its durability, allowing the server’s strongest vehicle to be shot down with only a few Mk-1 rounds to the MROT. This primarily affects SAPD, but it impacts civilians using their expensive and rare Ghosthawks as well. The goal is not to over buff it, but to restore it to its previous state.
Contraband Seize Kit - Global usage, requires area called clear to utilize.
- Change: Allow the Contraband Seize Kit to take tasers anywhere.
- Reason: Tasers are in mass abundance on the server, and the CSK is rarely utilized due to its tight restrictions. This would help APD reduce the oversupply on the server.
Denied Ideas
Civilian
Switch back suppressors to 50 renown points from 200 renown points - Threw you a bone with the Tracksuits, suppressors are going to remain expensive
- Reason: This change was not discussed with Civ council. This was just done without consideration to the faction. Open to further discussion on pricing and issues with suppressors
Switching from a tiered payout system to a Taxed pay out system - We're not introducing a Vigilante Cartel nor are we removing the progression tied with rank-based pay
- Taxes would be 25% across the 5 tiers which would have a 75% payout. Rather than the money going just nowhere it could eventually go toward a Cartel. 10% increase in shop gear prices.
- Reason: This will help Vigi's work towards fighting cartels and the tax / gear increase price will allow for the switch from the traditional system to be easier and manageable for vigi's
Reduce ignition bomb prices to 500k
APD
Federal Reserve Domes - Destruction of environment is intended, doing so requires special satchels that don't guarantee victory and make roaching easier
- Change: Make domes indestructible
- Reason: Blowing up the domes destroys the intended balance and flow of the event and makes it less enjoyable to fight
Smoke Qilin Restrictions - Intended for Federals only, will not be reduced
- Change: Allow the Smoke Qilin to be used at Feds, Blue Zones, and Banks
- Reason: It is currently limited to Feds only. Sometimes armor feels excessive, so having the option to use smokes instead would be ideal. It is weaker than a Strider and costs more than Hunters and Striders
Staff SGT Gear - No more bloat to Retirees, they have specifically outlined reductions compared to active duty ranks.
- Change: Add the Tier 4 Vest to Staff SGT
- Reason: This is not for FTOs. This would grant Retired SAPD and Admins/Devs access to the Tier 4 vest. The whitelist is already restricted, including limitations on searching houses and pulling Ghosthawks
- Will move all FTO whitelists that are not actively FTO to the Staff SGT whitelist
Enforcer Light SGT+ for Federal Events - Not willing at this time to add an additional buff for APD to Federals. I’ll strike a pin in this with the exceptions listed for usage for a later date if Federal balance is bad
- When this vehicle was originally proposed, anytime SAPD raised concerns about adding it, we were told, “Don’t worry, you’ll get it too” The update was released, and APD received nothing. If the vehicle is properly balanced, adding it to SGT+ should not be an issue
- Cannot be mass-pulled or utilized by lower ranks
- SQF script to prevent lower whitelists from entering the vehicle for balance
