Go find some lone Corporal ( go to kavala late at night sometimes you get lucky ) 3 to 1 this poor corporal, take his clothing and gun..if for some reason you cant get the MXM just go buy it off the war point shop!     Just make it so rebels would have to bring people into a rebel base to take all their stuff, or if a vigi does it force them to take them to a vigi outpost, would prevent people from quick robbing.
