The way the rules are setup now is (and correct me if im wrong) he parked hes car there, but the other guy then desided to open the door making it the guy who opened the doors fault, if anything its like gate'ing cops driving out of HQ, its not the cops fault for driving right under the gate when the civ closes it.

Cuz I got my internet providers to check it out and there was like 1 IP and some VPN bitch in some random ass country sending me packages and after tracing the IP it came back to being in the same apartment complex as me, so if all of its someone here or just one of the incidents idk but at least I know the person doing it/did it is living 2 floors below me @Jesse :^)

I dont agree with removing the Vigi's but i do agree there should be removal of Vigi's being able to pay of their bounty, they should abide by the law and if they break the law they should not be able to do a cheeky with a NPC.
