Usually people upload them to YouTube or similar site and submit the link. We don't have enough storage to handle everyone submitting report videos so we let YouTube handle that.

Macs are great, the OS is solid, but the business world runs on Windows, except the backend, those are Linux with some Windows Server to cover Azure and legacy stuff. Only niche, and really rich companies that can afford the extra overhead of running a multi OS enterprise will use macOS. I would still bet multi OS businesses are primarily Windows, but give employees the choice. Go windows unless you have a reason to go macOS, like you want to work for Apple or just really enjoy the environment. If you do go Apple set up Bootcamp, so you can go Windows if you need. Probably the biggest advantage of Apple for a personal device is Mac can be Windows pretty easily, A Dell/HP/Lenovo/...ect going MacOS is a pain in the ass at best.

Chapter 20: Taxi Taxi vehicles may not be stolen Exception: Taxis may be stolen while inside a red/illegal zone Exception: If the driver or passenger initiates hostile activity against another player, the taxi can be stolen. Example: if you are flying someone around and they engage another player the vehicle can then be stolen. Example: you are defending yourself from someone who has engaged with you first then the vehicle can not be stolen. Exception: If you refuse to unlock a vehicle to let a player rob the items inside, your taxi may be stolen. Taxi drivers may not partake in hostage-taking or robbing others Example: you can not intentionally take a passenger to another group to become a hostage. If while driving someone, a group states to pull over so they can take the person hostage, you may abide by the demands to preserve your own life. Taxi drivers may issue a fee for driving a player from Point A to Point B The driver can receive this money before the drive, but the price & place must be agreed upon first. Once paid the Taxi driver must take the person to the agreed-upon place. Taxi drivers may not issue fees unless they are giving a ride to a person and a fee amount has been agreed upon.

Chapter 8: Hostage / Player Robbing A player may be taken hostage for 15 minutes, after which they may choose to stay up to another 15 minutes or leave. Do not kill players in restraints You cannot restrain someone outside of a redzone and then bring them into a redzone just to kill them. This is also FailRP. Exception: You may kill players that do not follow reasonable demands (For example, "be quiet or die" is acceptable, but playing "simon says" or asking for the alphabet backwards is not.) Exception: You may kill players if hostage negotiations with the APD have failed, or the APD fails to show up in a reasonable timeframe.

Each tier costs 400k to store so if your T5 you spend 2mil and store all your arrests. if you have 40 arrests and are T2 you pay 800k and store all 40 arrests. When you store you act as a 0 arrest vigi, you can buy the p07 and arrest people like normal but you don't have access to your old equipment. if you swap licenses or are arrested your stored arrests are still safe waiting for you to claim them. When you claim the arrests its free, you get all your old arrests back, and you can buy that tier vigi stuff again. Ex: I have 40 arrests so I am a t2 vigi. I pay 800k and store my 40 to go play some rebel. after awhile I decide to go back and re-buy my vigi license and claim my arrests. I return to T2 and can buy the Sting. I get 10 more arrests to get to 50 T3 and I can now buy the T3 vest.

This poll perfectly demonstrates the problem with driving. Everyone thinks they are a good driver and statistically half of us must be below average. We are the exact same assholes and idiots that everyone complains about on the road. Unless you take special driving classes and work hard to be a good driver you will also be an average shitty driver. IMHO if you accept that you will be a safe driver which is much more important. Know your limits, know that you are not good enough to avoid hitting something if unsafe driving causes an unsafe situation. Instead work to understand what you can do to avoid needing to be a good driver. Know that everyone makes mistakes, accidents happen, your not a great driver, know what to do when you have a flat, or a dead battery (if you haven't jumped a car or changed a tire go do it, knowing how in theory and actually knowing how are very different) and enjoy the freedom driving can give you.

I think I know what report you are talking about. There is a pretty reasonable explanation as to why it was denied. I'm sure any staff member will look at it and come to the same conclusion. If you want to talk about it with us in TeamSpeak or a PM, I know I would be happy to explain it and our reasoning behind the evidence guideline. Your video probably was RDM, but without proper evidence all the reported player needs to do is say "Well I engaged right before the video started" and we wouldn't have a ban anymore.

That 3900 XT is nuts if it delivers what they promise. I am underwhelmed by the 6800. comparing it to the 2080 TI was a mistake. It's trying to fall between the 3070 & 3080 but didn't use either as a comparison? 6800XT looks decent. Can't wait to see 3rd party benchmarking, especially with ray tracing on vs. off on the two-card manufacturers, will add a whole new dimension into the discussion of who is better.

This guy gets it. Nvidia usually wins, but this round, they are doing so much advertising, and distracting away from AMD makes you wonder if AMD is about to drop a bomb. I kind of doubt it, but I didn't think Ryzen would kick so much ass until AMD announced it.
