Are you talking about Dev server or public? Either way, if it doesn't refuel you while you are sitting still, try driving right next to the pump and alt-look at the pump. A scroll wheel option should come up that says refuel or something along those lines.

Ban AHC as a deliberate processing location or allow take overs when training is not in session.

Fluffy, you may have mis-understood what I said. If AHC is the closest option then so be it I am not telling them to drive from AHC to Kavala or Air HQ to process some one.
I'll give an example. If you catch a couple people at a fed, and take them in a heli to AHC just so the rescuing party can't take over the HQ it just isn't right.
Also, you say "You never know when we train deputies", I would sure hope that they aren't doing deputy training if cops are taking criminals there to be processed when they know it's going to be attacked.

True that, but AAC is and will allways be the training grounds for APD, and i never hear you complain about using it to process people when you're on as cop, but you sure complain about it being used when you're on civ.. See where i am going with this?

I have never in my life made the decision or suggestion to take a criminal to AHC for processing. Also, if I am making this suggestion, is it not obvious that I would be aware that the rule would affect my self?
I am not complaining, this isn't out of spite, just a suggestion.
Forgive me for typing AHC every time I meant AAC.

fair enough, I am all for getting the chop'd money via lethals. Although I couldn't stop laughing at the completely stereotypical "shoots at criminal with out engaging, then says "APD, hands up." When he is already crippled."

It was pretty funny. RP wise I think it was great. Technically not allowed but it was cleared with the head admin. So it was a go!

In case you don't want to dig through status updates...
Pletherdon has confirmed that there is a possibility that the update will come within the week. If not, at least a public development server with the new map will be opened.

Wanna avoid the stack? Don't do it. If you are gonna rob the fed, do it right with 20 or so of your friends. Don't whine that the APD couldn't do 1/5 of what the old apd could do, then bitch when you lose. The current APD is the most active I have ever seen it, and we work well together. Tear gas is something cool that the APD has access to that can enhance not only combat, but rp as well.
