The example you gave you can literally currently do because the betting cap is 5 mil so your argument is literally invalid.

@ jig except it prevents you from doing more than 5 mil at a time. Once u have more than 5 mil you never need to do a run for a hot minute, but instead if there was no cap ppl would just keep getting more and more money and just never do runs again.
that may have been shitty wording as im on my phone, but yeah personally i would say drop it to 1 mil but thats just me.

Bro like 95% of the civs aren't going to be affected by this rule at all. And like Winters said, you have to be previously engaged with the APD. Ex you send a titan text to the APD and we see you on the ground with a titan aiming at us we can shoot you. So as long as you aren't engaged you will be fine. And this will not affect 95% of the people who just sit do runs. There is only a few situations where this would actually happen. Examples like a blackwater vehicle being chased and you try to titan us. An orca chase this would most likely never happen because its not worth titaning a hawk you would just land. AND IF YOU ARE SO AGAINST THIS HIDE IN A BUSH OR IN A HOUSE WITH YOUR TITAN NOT IN PLAIN SIGHT AND YOU WONT BE SHOT SIMPLE AS THAT.

@ notsodank you're correct, but it's still not directly visible when you spawn (since there's a wall and a small entry)
It might be nitpicking but in my opinion the garage spawning point should be at least visible from when you spawn to easily find it even when barely paying attention
