I am not limited on gym time but I don't get a lot of time between work and sleep so i use the off days for the gym.
Cardio is pretty much after everyday after a workout - note its not a whole like marathon but its a simple 20-30 minutes of running or treadmill to maintain a healthy body weight.
same for sit-ups and pushups those are usually found within the day maybe after a session of gaming lol. just set aside like 30 minutes a day and bust out maybe 100 of each something light.
leg day (reps vary depending on if its heavy weight or not) - squat, legpress, leg extensions, calf raises (sitting/standing), fuck hack squat machine gay asf shit sucks, hip abductors
and some running after. might be a machine or workout i missed but i think thats all rn.
if i don't drink the bottled c4 I'm running the total war pre workout drinks those are alright i like the apple and orange those are the only ones i fw.

as for the amino acids i can link them, he eats a fuck ton. Id have to ask his daily calorie intake but i know he is eating 4-5 meals a day and yeah stinky as fuck bro smells like a Romanian whore house.
