If someone logs off in their helicopter their body will stay in there. Therefore when you go to chop it and it checks for crew inside it'll find that one body, meaning you can't chop. Haven't tried it in forever but getting all the seats filled up removes the logged off person.

You'll find I'm not active. I've become a full time Battlefield 1 Professional Medic. In regards to anyone who's complaining about Complexity being an 'asylum gang' - firstly, it's a competition. Complexity plays Olympus as a secondary server and few as a primary server - it still means that the gang is active. Simply because they dedicate more time to Asylum than to Olympus does not mean they are any lesser of an Olympus player than you. For instance, what if Complexity grew interest into a different game and once Gang Wars was announced they came back to Olympus to compete - nobody would bitch then. Altis Life can get boring if you play against same people every day, doing same things. Some play battle royale, others play exile others player different games completely. In this case, a different server. As I mentioned before, playing on a different server alongside Olympus does not make you any more of a 'superior Olympus player.'

I don't advise jumping straight into creating a cartel server. Unless you have any prior knowledge of a language, for example Java, you need to get to grip with how the code is read and how each statement will affect the next. You'll need to learn basics that Arma provides you with, so I suggest a tutorial. Start by creating a hello world hint when you enter the server, then make that hint appear once every x seconds and keep adding to it until you get a pretty advanced hello world script. Thanks to this you'll see how it all connects together and will be able to apply those rules to a higher difficulty project, like one you are thinking of. There is already a pre-made server file somewhere on the interwebs that has three spawn points and you just adjust them to your liking - they come with arsenal or premade classes. I'd take a look but I'm on my phone. TL;DR: Don't jump into the deep water without knowing how to swim.
