Well basically cartels literally are not as fun anymore. Cops complained that civs would hide out in war zone, but tbh since they removed it, I have not seen a real difference on cop. But what I have seen is less big gangs, and big gang fights. Their maybe one big gang, but know one to rival them. I don't see why you cant have a war zone where cops can enter with a Sargent or higher in a raid of a cartel. Personally i thinks gang fights and gangs and the hole server would probably benefit from the return of war zone. Tbh most people will disagree with me but meh, my opinion. Just want to see what people think.
