But I haven't experienced the effects of Mass RDM I am done here. You have every right to question the ban but no right to question the people trying to give you an answer.

Unfortunately that is something that you are going to have to duke out with whoever banned you (or higher if you don't like their answer). That being said I would like to point out a few things: 1) Generally it is really easy to see when someone is mass RDMing. For example if I see a report that has only the reporter getting killed, but then I see the RDMer killing like 2+ more people that aren't related, I am gonna ban for Mass RDM. Additional evidence is not always needed. 2) One of the first lines of the server rules is this: I would like you to see reports my friend. People will almost always report when a faction member is abusing a rule. Fuck, I have seen reports of people reporting medics for just hopping in their cars to get a dead body out.

Not to mention, it is significantly easier to keep track of medics abusing the exception because there is only a few of them plus people will notice easier and thus report it more often than a civ breaking NLR.

The issue with this is then people will begin to break NLR when they just think that they were RDM'd. They aren't staff, they don't decide what is or isn't RDM.

First do what Ignis is suggesting with the graphics card drivers. Do not use windows to download them. Just google them and manually download the right ones. Have you tried any other PCI-E slots if you have them on your board?

Most graphics cards have some sort of additional power connection. Can you see what your exact card model is so that I can try to find the exact pin layout? Are your GPU fans spinning when you do this at all?

How did you clean your card? Were you sure to check that the 6 pin power cable was plugged in? What is the wattage on your PSU? When you took it out/put it in was there any unusual pressure that you had to put on the card or motherboard?

It’s makes a lot more sense for a cop to break into a house than it does for the civilian to get a free lethal because the cops can’t break down the door. It’s also super easy to find wrong doing in house raiding since it almost always requires someone that is on the other side of it to be warned what is happening plus it displays a server wide message.

You shouldn’t kill them without engagement if possible. You should totally try to engage while spangled, however with this the issue arises that he could just get out and spray your already mangled body. The thing is that he has already broken a rule with the excessive running over - VDM. This is where things become iffy. If I did a player report, saw the reporter running over someone like this, and the person getting reported technically RDM the guy running him over excessively, I would NOT ban. However that is me, and another staff member would be totally fine in this case to ban the rdmer. If the time you were in restraints was a full 15 minutes and then you got auto-unrestrained, you should be getting a free ticket out of being vigi’d. That being said, if you were restrained by a vigi and he read your charges, regardless of the method of recapture after escape, I would say that if he caught you again within 5 minutes and your charges didn’t change then he shouldn’t need to worry about repeating your charges as long as he was sure to do every other vigi thing.

A computer like that shouldn't be running the game too bad unless you are trying to max out the graphics in Kavala. If you are really looking for an upgrade then get an 8700k cpu as that will benefit arma the most but honestly you shouldn't be that low currently.
