1. Illegal Vehicles

   1. Illegal vehicles are defined as any armed vehicles, Ifrits, Striders, Hunters, Pharmaceutical vehicles, the Taru Bench, and any variant of the Blackfish.

people use this for storage and transportation perfectly legally, not just for feds.

The armed plane is in the airport shop....

 

This isn't even a big fix to the blackfish issue - just something to deter its use specifically against the APD. If someone wants to do a legal run then they can make use one of the other 20+ types of legal vehicles.

I forgot how easy it was to keep up with a literal turboprop plane. APD has planes that have significantly less speed and vertical climb capability.
