The admins never show bias towards NEMESIS players

If I was to handle a report within my own gang, I would treat them the same as everyone else. Ask anyone who has had me in their gang, they will agree. A lot of the staff would really do the same, we are not nearly as bias as people may claim or want to believe. We are all members of the community who have had a LOT of experience on the server (I've been a consistent player since 2016), and we care about the server's best interest and want to do our best to keep it alive. We all voulenteer our time to the server to be a staff member (Yes, we get in game perks), but aside from that, pretty much all of us do it because we care about the server and the community.

This is only when you are there and you saw two of them using scripting and you knew that what else do they do when you are out of the game?
You did not talk about the lag of jumping from a helicopter at a height of 50 meters. Is it scripting or exploiting lag in the game? You can go back and watch them how many times they do it. I have two videos of them doing this and they were not banned.

A cheater will pop up in every gang from time to time. They get banned, it's as simple as that. I did not say that the gang is actively cheating. The gang I was talking about was Teamplayers, when I was in it. ONE of the bans was someone using a lag switch, and the other ban was an actual scripting ban.

If ANY staff member finds that someone is cheating with evidence, they get banned. 

In Nemesis, I have yet to find someone who is cheating. (Which means I have not). Also, I have no idea what you're talking about with the helicopter thing, you'd have to send me the clip so I can see what you mean.

The guy who RDMed you admitted to it, and told you that the vehicle skin didn't render properly in the dispute (Which is a known Arma bug and unable to be intentionally abused).
He then proceeded to send you 150k, even though as a medic you wouldn't have lost anything. He tried to right his wrong, and seemingly you just wanted to get back at him. From what I've seen from you lately, it seems like you are targeting people in Nemesis.

I love how everything you say is just "everyone is against me, everyone is cheating, staff are biased" no matter where you post or who you are talking about.

I have watched the people you are saying are cheating in-game and have used the tools I have. None of the people you have said are cheating, actually were cheating. They would be banned if they were cheating.

For your information, "Scripting" is anything to do with cheating. 90% of "hacker" bans are by me. Yes, sometimes they can do a few things before getting banned, but they will be caught regardless due to features I've put in place to prevent it. No anti-cheat is perfect and I've never said what I do is perfect, only that I do catch the majority of cheaters that we have.

An anti-cheat is a a wide-spread net in an attempt to catch bad things.
Spectating someone to look for cheats is completely different, because I can focus on every movement and action they make. It is very difficult to get away with cheating while having someone watch you. (I've already spectated each member of that gang separately for over a week)

At this point you won't believe me regardless of what I say, so its neither here nor there I guess.

Like @ Fraali  said, he watches for cheater suspects all the time. 90% of the time if he’s in game, he’s working to find scum cheating. That being said, that doesn’t mean we don’t encourage you to continue reporting sketchy moments. Please keep reporting moments that seem like cheating. Even when we deny cheating reports - we ALWAYS do our due diligence and will look further into the player. Doesn’t matter if it’s a 1 hour player or a 8 year player. If they’re cheating - we want them off of our server for the betterment of our player base

It is very easy to use cheats in Arma 3, Kavala just said that he has a civilian cheat and wants to join the gang.

The thing most people don't get is there is the literal 'rule breaking' and there is the 'intent to break a rule'... Staff isn't going to ban someone for making a genuine mistake, then trying to fix it... if someone messes up, recognizes they messed up, then immediately offers comp or whatever to right the issue... that person isn't the same as someone intentionally breaking a rule, then using comp as a way to stay unbanned...

Bans are to act as a warning to those who aren't playing the game in good faith... not to flex internet powers over someone who made a mistake...

There once was a time where staff couldn't be in gangs because of 'proclaimed bias'... it was lifted because staff would group up with their friends anyway so it made no difference and there was no proof of bias.. most staff will make their groupmates comp and make it right if they mess up...

Stop being petty, rules are there to keep the game fair... genuine mistakes shouldn't be punished if they are made right (aka comp, etc.)
