From the way you describe the event occurring you do indeed fit the "requirements" to receive compensation. To do this, just go to Support Tab > New Request > Select "General Inquiry" > (A drop down box will appear) Select Compensation Request/Report > Finish off by filling in all the boxes and make sure to include your video evidence of this happening. You also won't be able to upload the video directly (aka Attach it) so upload it to Youtube then link the Youtube Video and select "Display as a Link" (This will appear as a black box below where you posted the link) when you paste it into the white box where you would post your evidence (The big white box at the bottom of the form).

Okay, so your title and the explanation of the event that took place are two contradicting statements. The title says you're banned for a VAC Ban, the other says you're banned for an RDM ban. Either way, submit a ban appeal. Process to submit a ban appeal Click on "Support Tab" Select New Request Click General Inquiry Then click Ban Appeal Fill out all the empty boxes will the relevant information Wait for a response by the banning admin Also, just press F12 then upload the screenshot to Steam if you want to screenshot the ban reasoning.

big gangs ruin the game for new players/small groups

I can see how big gangs might be very unappealing to newer players, but on the other hand you are not considering to the very players they fuck over then they go out and seek revenge on these gangs by possibly grouping up with others and fighting back. This is what makes the game fun, in my opinion, is trying to get into a big gang and become the best by robbing tons of people and letting everyone know not to fuck with you. -

I would highly advise against going public complaining like this, all it likely does is annoy the banning admin and have him not want to lift your ban even more. In the future, I suggest you think more before you post something like this on the forums.

Planes are not exempt from initiation rules. They must initiate, unless in a KoS Zone (Cocaine Field, Warzone Island, Rebel Outposts, etc.). If you have video evidence of you being RDM'd go under the Support Tab and make a new request then select Player Report and report them. Make sure that you have a five minute video previous of the RDM taking place to prove that there was no initiation.
