We're after small iterative changes to get the balance right. Just because one larger organised group is winning doesn't mean things are mechanically broken. Ask the smaller groups like Tp and SPQR that attempt feds/bw what their win rate is - I can assure you they're having much more trouble with a smaller group than we are with a larger one.
