Sov has a lot of hot takes and majority I don't agree with but, this I agree with some of this one. The first clip I don't really understand the purpose of it you weren't banned, nor is dominic administrative staff and checking logs is nothing new. The second clip though is a failure to comply and they were rightfully titaned IMO.

I think I had the most fun on this server when I was sAPD and staff with you. You were one of the few that was true to his beliefs and ideas and wasn't a yes man to everything and I loved that about you. I miss the conversations we would have late night for hours on furthering the APD and trying to find balance within the sAPD and dissolve the cliques that existed or wrangling headless together. I'm assuming it currently is how it was when I was still sAPD, where they receive a ban and note depending on the severity of the rule break (w/ the exception of the rules where its automatic demotion.) When I was PO/Corporal I would much rather take a ban w/o a note due to the note highly slowing down your progression within the APD and pretty much preventing a promotion for 2-3 months.

I had encountered this the other day with being informed "You cannot bring ghosthawks to an escort event as stated in a PSA" why the fuck would I sift through shit to find a PSA thats not in the handbook. The APD Handbook is supposed to be the end all be all and that doesn't seem to be the case as the rules stated in there are very grey or up to interpretation. With this being this way it just makes it harder for new people or old people returning to know what the actual rules are.
