surely if Kami can get mod back just a few months after being removed in 10 days for multiple acts of mod abuse and little big man ego syndrome I'm sure you will be able to get it back too. However, I didn't think it was possible to be removed from mod anymore, you must've pissed on someone's cheerios in the inner circle.

from my experience, sometimes Nvidia updates break GeForce experience.. Try reinstalling Geforce experience and see if that fixes it!

This is something thats been discussed many times in staff chat in the good ole' days. Unless something has changed: If its reasonable for the person getting shot at to believe they are being shot at, then "get fucked" Regardless of who is standing next to you. If don't want to risk dying, dont shoot.. simple as that. One thing i never agreed with is, if I'm standing in a crowd, guy directly next to you is piped up and dies. If I return fire and kill him, not realizing what is going on, technically some admins/mods will ban for RDM. Always thought that was stupid. In this instance i have no idea of the wars or what has been txted to that player.. all i saw was someone shoot into a crowd inches from me... I would never ban for something like that because its clear the player didnt intend to break a rule and interpreted a hail storm of bullets as a hostile action.

who do you think does most of the 'devving' for the server....

Theres no incentive to not cheat anymore... staff 2.0 will just unban them like we used to dupers... (aka in a few months if they say they're really sorry and will never do it again!)
