Is there a statute of limitations? I know quite a few people who ban evaded? Also could someone theoretically turn themselves in? How do you value the report? If you catch someone ban evadading their 4th ban is it more valuable than someone on their first ban?

• Statue of limitations is pretty fluid as well, just report the people and I'll make a decision on how relevant it is
• You remain completely Anonymous if you report someone. This information will NEVER be released. Evidence will NOT be shown to those banned. Simple as that.
