Olympus Official Minecraft Server [Beta]

So basically this whole project goes back to when @Peter Long was owner. For months we have been working on what we like to call the "expansion of Olympus". This is the first of many more things to come. However, we wanted to do things a bit differently this time and actually get some stuff done before we announce anything this way we are sure we can provide what we promised. Today we officially reached the "beta testing" stage in which obviously requires people on the server. This server is hopefully to be fully released sometime by this summer. As of today we got the core functionality of the server finished, along with one of our game modes. Currently the server will provide the following game modes:

Factions (Self Explanatory)

Zombies

  Reveal hidden contents

CONCEPT

The idea behind this game is to survive as either a zombie or a human. Either side can win based on who has the last men standing. The spawn ratio between both zombies and humans will be 1 zombie to 3 humans because zombies will have more powerful abilities along with 3 total lives. Humans will only have one. Whether a person spawns as a zombie or a human, is completely random. Perhaps we can talk about a donor feature that allows players to choose.

 

Currency System

In games, you gain currency (heads), and in the hub, you can roll every 10 heads you have. (Server rank provides more or less rolls per 10?) By rolling you can either gain more heads, different abilities, and exp for currently obtained abilities. Each item has a leveling ability, the larger the level, the more it takes to upgrade.

-When any sort of enemy is killed, a head is rewarded.

-If a player enemy is killed, 5 heads are rewarded.

-The heads will stack in the player inventory (The title of the item changes, not the amount) (I know that was a stupid ass explaination) (its fine)

-A roll costs 10 heads

-The chest in the lobby will be an ender chest with crazy ass particals around it. (Perhaps a helix of ranbow particles)? ranbow?!?

-The chest looks like this:

The gold block represents the item randomizer - the ability items will scroll through the ability items.

Different abilities will have different rarities

-Rare

-Super

-When any sort of enemy is killed, a head is rewarded.

PVP
The goal of the pvp server is to provide an ongoing sg/gungame concept based gamemode, that players can continuously fight and battle opponents while fending off a variety of random events ranging from Capture the Flag, to an exploding volcano.

 

Gun Game Concept

Upon joining the pvp server, players will be assigned to the first stage kit. This will be the most basic stage. In order to increase in the stages, they will have to kill players. When they are killed they are set back to the first kit. We will display their current kit in the action bar if something is already using it.

The Concept:

The Byte survival server will operate as a center for clan's involvement with its strong implementation. The global clans established across the Byte will guide protection and competition cross the server and it’s components. The game will be hosted on a series of custom generated maps that include custom trees, possibly dungeons, and more. We will also make an effort to fully implement the Byte lore and story line through custom items/venders provided by the core. Events can also occur sporadically throughout the server, these can range from the purge, to double points.

NOTE: This is a BETA (@hawk knows what a beta is perfectly well  ) test, not everything is in the server. As of right now we are testing our core functionality, clans, and our PVP gamemode. Olympus is branded as an Arma server. The Byte was an old network that was branded as a MC server and has an established base in which was revived  Made things easier and will avoid confusion in the future.

Is the PID in the form your steam PID? And are bans for Olympus or Minecraft?
